What to Expect During Your Infrared Sauna Session

Before - Hydrate 

Your body needs excess water to sweat.  To maximize your time in the infrared sauna, make sure you drink 24-32 ounces of water before your appointment. Remove make-up and lotions to allow your skin to breathe during your session.

What to Wear - Your Birthday Suit!

Complimentary body wrap and towels are provided to every client, so feel fee to get comfortable in your birthday suit!  If you prefer to wear loose fitting clothes or a swimsuit, please do not hesitate.  This is your time to relax and sweat in whatever makes you say "aaahhhhh"

During - Don't Sweat the Temp 

It may take you 10-15 minutes to start sweating your first session.  Not to worry, that is the infrared technology heats your body directly raising your core temperature rather than heating your skin like traditional saunas. As your body become more accustomed to the infrared saunas, you will sweat faster and sweat excessively.  It will take a few sessions for the full health benefits to manifest, but the more you use the infrared sauna, the better you will feel.

After - Refresh and Rehydrate 

You have just flushed out a lot of toxins.  Be sure to rehydrate your body with water. Wipe down with the cool towelette to help lower your body temperature.  Don't hesitate to ask for more water after your session!

For the average client using an infrared sauna every 5-10days

1-3 Sauna Sessions

You are leaving feeling relaxed and refreshed.  Your body is beginning to acclimate to raising its core temperature. You are beginning to experience the overall health benefits.


4-8 Sauna Sessions

You are raising your core temperature faster, perspiring more, and burning more calories!  Your body has started to effectively detoxify surface level toxins through perspiration.


9-15 Sauna Sessions

You are fully acclimated to the infrared sauna! Your body is detoxifying on a cellular level, eliminating heavy metals, aches, and pains. Your stress levels have decreased, your circulation has increased, your skin is youthful and you are completely relaxed. 


16+ Sauna Sessions

You are committed to the new you!! You are less stressed and more relaxed, sleeping better, detoxifying on a cellular level, and healing naturally from within. You are burning significant calories each session!
